CYCLING LESSON - LEVEL 1 (BEGINNERS)
Objectives
This course is meant for people who are complete beginners and have never been on a bike before. At the end of the course, participants will be able to ride a bike without support and cycle around in designated areas, eg. East Coast Park, park connectors, etc.
Our cycling lessons follow the structure of Cycle Training United Kingdom, the largest independent provider of cycle training in the UK, and our syllabus are developed in consultation with CTUK and adapted for local context.

- Getting on and off a bicycle
- Starting off and pedaling with help
- Stopping without help
- Riding without help
- Starting without help
- Steering where they want to

2 x 75mins sessions*
Venue**
East Coast Park Area ‘G’ or any other venue deemed suitable(by instructor) for learning
Cost of Programme
$100/ pax, inclusive of bicycle/helmet rental, course manual and certificate.

Children with Special Needs

** Other venues closer to student’s place can be arranged if they are of level ground(at least the size of 1 basketball court) and free of vehicular traffic. Additional charges might apply depending on the location.
